Request Deaf Services Here

Requests may be made for any event, course or sponsored activity. This may include, but is not limited to, UNC theater productions, student organization meetings, and student meetings with faculty. To request these services please click the button above. Please fill out the Service Request Form as completely as possible and the Access Coordinator for Deaf Services will contact you as soon as possible. We request 3 business days notice for all service requests; though not guaranteed, every effort will be made to fulfill last minute requests. Requests are not reviewed and fulfilled when the university is closed. This includes holiday breaks.

Please note, we cannot accept requests for events hosted at UNC by other organizations. In these cases, it is the responsibility of the sponsoring organization to provide services. For off campus events, it is usually the responsibility of the sponsoring organization to provide interpreters. Finally, we cannot provide services for any social occasions without UNC sponsorship. If you have any questions about the provision of Deaf Services, please contact DRCInterpreting@518331.com.
